The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,359.27, which includes rent arrears up to February 2, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 13, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance starting February 14, 2021.
