The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,303.72, representing the rent arrears and application fee from the previous order, less the rent deposit. The Tenant must also pay $28.50 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting August 21, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 31, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting September 1, 2021.
