The tenancy is terminated effective August 16, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,811.88, plus $34.49 per day starting August 6, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by August 16, 2020, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
