The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,169.62, which includes rent arrears up to June 30, 2020 and costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $36.99 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting July 1, 2020 until they move out.
