What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants due to their failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 15, 2021. The tenants must pay the landlord $3,489.20, which includes rent arrears, NSF cheque charges, less the rent deposit and interest owed. If the tenants do not pay by October 15, 2021, they will owe interest and the landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
