What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2022. The tenants must pay the landlord $9,056.65 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, plus $37.41 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 5, 2022 until the date they move out. If the tenants do not pay the full amount by March 15, 2022, they will owe interest starting March 16, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by March 15, 2022, the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
