What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant and the Tenant's guests causing undue damage, using the unit for illegal activities, substantially interfering with the enjoyment of the Landlord and other tenants, and seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $6,808.25 for damage repairs, $35.88 per day for use of the unit after termination, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 30, 2021, they will owe interest starting July 1, 2021.
