The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 12, 2020. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by March 26, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $190 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 26, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
