What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants did not meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,640 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $69.63 per day in compensation for use of the unit from June 5, 2021 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by June 15, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
