What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (CEL-02441-21) issued on January 4, 2022. The Tenant failed to pay $2,200 rent and $1,000 arrears by January 1, 2022, as required by the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2022. The Tenant must pay $19,416.13 to the Landlords, plus $72.33 per day starting February 5, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 15, 2022, interest will start accruing, and the Landlords may file for eviction enforcement with the Sheriff.
