What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the agreed upon date.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by February 5, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $201 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay by February 5, 2021, they will owe interest starting February 6, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by February 5, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
