What happened

The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $2,318.00, which represents the amount of rent owing and compensation up to December 9, 2020, as well as $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by December 20, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest calculated at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding from December 21, 2020.
