What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The Tenant requested a review of the original order.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated on July 31, 2021. The Tenant shall vacate the rental unit on or before July 31, 2021. If the Tenant does not vacate by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
