What happened

The ruling

The Board denied the Landlord's eviction application on condition that Tenants pay $452.36 for unpaid hydro bills by January 31, 2017, pay outstanding hydro bills for periods after August 17, 2016 by March 31, 2017, and pay all future hydro bills within 30 days of receipt from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. Failure to comply allows Landlord to apply for eviction without notice within 30 days of breach.
