What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant no longer qualifies to live in the rental unit as part of the Homeward Bound program.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2019. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $8.84 per day for use of the unit after June 1, 2019 and $190 for the application fee.
