What happened

The ruling

The previous consent order is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by November 12, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $777.45, which includes rent arrears, costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay by November 12, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
