The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $12,447.90, which includes rent arrears up to August 27, 2022, and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit and interest owing. If not paid by October 30, 2022, interest will start accruing at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
