What happened
The Co-op applied to the Landlord and Tenant Board for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Members because they did not pay the regular monthly housing charges and persistently failed to pay the charges on the due date.
The ruling
The Co-op Members shall pay the Co-op $1,571.60, which represents arrears of regular monthly housing charges, daily compensation, and the application filing fee, less the refundable deposit. If the full amount is not paid by October 3, 2015, they will start to owe interest on any unpaid amounts beginning October 4, 2015.
