What happened

The Tenants filed an application alleging harassment, obstruction, coercion, threats, illegal entry, substantial interference, and withholding of vital services by the Landlords. The Landlords filed applications to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent, undue damage, substantial interference, illegal acts, and safety concerns. The parties reached a mutual agreement to resolve all matters.

The ruling

The tenancy will terminate on March 31, 2021. The Tenants owe the Landlords $9,891.60 in rent arrears and application fees, which they will pay in specified installments. If the Tenants comply with the payment schedule and vacate by March 31, 2021, the Landlords will waive the remaining balance. If the Tenants fail to make any payments, the Landlords may apply to terminate the tenancy without notice.
