What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant did not attend the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,538.56 in arrears and costs in installments over a 12-month period. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
