What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective September 28, 2021. Tenants failed to pay the total rent required from January 1, 2020 to January 31, 2022.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 1, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying the specified amounts. Tenants must pay $2,866.62 plus $49.32 per day starting January 22, 2022, and $186.00 for application costs. If full payment is not made by February 1, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
