The ruling
The previous LTB order SWL-48552-21 & SWL-50927-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $667.28, plus $25.24 per day starting September 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
