What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $2,327.58 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $22.82 per day starting December 22, 2020 until the tenant moves out. The tenant must also pay the $190 application fee. If the full amount is not paid by February 1, 2021, the tenant will owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by January 31, 2021, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
