What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $665.00 to the Landlord or the Board in trust by that date. The Tenant must pay $257.18 for rent arrears and compensation up to January 21, 2022, plus $22.82 per day starting January 22, 2022, and $201.00 for the application filing cost. If not paid by January 31, 2022, interest will accrue at 2.00% annually from February 1, 2022.
