The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 13, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $6,904.77, which includes rent arrears up to September 30, 2021 and the previous application fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenants. The Tenants must also pay $72.92 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting October 1, 2021 until they vacate.
