The ruling
The tenancy was terminated effective November 15, 2020, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $1,600.00 for the reasonable costs of repairing the damage, and $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by May 7, 2021, they will owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
