What happened

The Tenant applied for orders determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and withheld or deliberately interfered with the reasonable supply of a vital service, care service, or food that the Landlord is obligated to supply under the tenancy agreement. These applications were resolved by order TET-01440-19 and TET-11233-20 issued on January 18, 2021. The Tenant requested a review of the order and that the order be stayed until the request to review the order is resolved.

The ruling

The request to review order TET-01440-19 and TET-11233-20 issued on January 18, 2021 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order TET-01440-19-IN and TET-11233-20-IN issued on February 25, 2021 is cancelled. The stay of order TET-01440-19 and TET-11233-20 is lifted.
