What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 6, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $24,842.56 plus $105.21 per day starting June 26, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by July 6, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
