What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 15, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,605.65, which includes the outstanding rent arrears and costs from the previous order, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $72.33 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 5, 2020 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 15, 2020, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
