The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 14, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,252.91, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and compensation for use of the unit after March 4, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 14, 2021, interest will start accruing at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
