What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $57,186.00 by February 20, 2023. If not voided, Tenants must vacate by February 20, 2023, and pay $49,487.14 plus $118.36 per day from January 19, 2023, until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 21, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
