What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 15, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $17,630.58, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $44.38 from May 30, 2023 until the date the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 15, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
