What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord also applied for an order requiring the Tenant to pay for damages to the rental unit.

The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $44.38 from May 30, 2023 until the date the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 15, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
