The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 8, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,588.88, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $28.57 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 29, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
