What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,011.11 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $33.40 per day in compensation for continued occupancy after February 3, 2022. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 13, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
