What happened

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,011.11 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $33.40 per day in compensation for continued occupancy after February 3, 2022. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 13, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
