What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenants must move out by March 5, 2023, and pay $20,253.51 to the Landlord, plus $88.77 per day from February 15, 2023, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 6, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
