What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated, effective February 28, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing on or before February 28, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated on or before February 28, 2021, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
