What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Tenants signed an N9 notice to terminate the tenancy. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the order, which was heard. The parties ultimately agreed on a termination date of June 30, 2021.

The ruling

The Tenants' motion to set aside the order was denied. Order TEL-17078-21 issued on June 1, 2021 remains in effect, but the stay of the order is lifted on October 31, 2021 to provide the Tenants additional time to find alternative housing.
