What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's conduct substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 21, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,719.36, which includes compensation for use of the unit, the application fee, and interest on the rent deposit owed to the Tenant. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 21, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
