What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenants do not make the required payment, they must vacate the unit by September 3, 2022 and pay the Landlord $5,786, which includes rent arrears and application filing fees, minus the rent deposit.
