The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,269.36 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $30.21 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 17, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 27, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
