What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a previous mediated settlement. The Tenants permitted their dog to run unleashed and unattended on the residential complex, which constituted a serious breach of the mediated agreement.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 19, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
