What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex or another lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2020. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $190 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not vacate by October 31, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting November 1, 2020.
