What happened

The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to refrain from harassing the Tenant and entering the Tenant's unit without proper notice. The Landlord must pay the Tenant a rent abatement of $750 for the illegal entries and $53 for the cost of applying, for a total of $803 to be paid by March 18, 2022. If the Landlord does not pay by the due date, the Tenant will be owed interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
