What happened

Tenant filed an application about illegal entries, substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit, and harassment by the Landlord. The Landlord entered the Tenant's unit multiple times without proper notice, and threatened to evict the Tenant.

The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to refrain from harassing the Tenant and entering the Tenant's unit without proper notice. The Landlord must pay the Tenant a rent abatement of $750 for the illegal entries and $53 for the cost of applying, for a total of $803 to be paid by March 18, 2022. If the Landlord does not pay by the due date, the Tenant will be owed interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
