What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord and Tenant GM attended the hearing.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenant LL shall pay to the Landlord $158.56, which represents the Landlord's Board filing cost, less $16.44 compensation for one day's use of the rental unit. If the Tenant LL does not pay the full amount by March 13, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
