The ruling
Order SOL-24336-21, issued on September 17, 2021, is set aside and replaced. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $9,395.08 for rent arrears and costs, and beginning November 20, 2021, pay $300.00 on the 20th of each month until the arrears are paid in full. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
