What happened

The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying $18,186.00 by October 30, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must vacate by October 30, 2022, and pay $16,909.25 plus $65.75 per day from October 12, 2022, until they move out. Interest at 4% annually applies after October 30, 2022, if not paid in full.
