What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Landlord's agreement to sell the property to a purchaser who requires possession for personal use, and the Tenants' persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $68.22 per day in compensation for use of the unit from July 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates.
