What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the previous order.

The ruling

Order TSL-25662-21, issued on January 5, 2022, is set aside. The Landlord's application under section 78 of the Act is dismissed. Order TSL-21512-21, issued on November 3, 2021, remains in effect.
