The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 20, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,769.37 for rent arrears and application costs, plus $50.13 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 10, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 20, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
