What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate by February 22, 2022. The Tenant owes $4,513.47 plus $36.16 per day starting February 12, 2022. If the Tenant pays $6,286.21 by February 22, 2022, the eviction order will be void. The Tenant has one opportunity to file a motion to set aside the order if payment is made after February 23, 2022 but before the Sheriff enforces the eviction.
